Christian Community Foundation (CCF)
Established to promote and instil positve attitudes towards education among orphaned and other community children, link them to education and other welfare opportunities, and mobilise resources to benefit them; To stimulate communities to utilise land and other natural resources sustainably; and to promote or support all efforts related to HIV/AIDS prevention to affected and infected persons, CCF operates a school and carries out other activities such as care for abandoned children, victims of land slides and is involved in tree planting drives in Bududa district in the Mt. Elgon area.
The need to improve especially the school structure is dire. While local efforts are being made, the landslides that hit the area have caused a lot of setbacks. Any support to especially the victims that are being housed in the school project will be appreciated in the mean time.
